Medic
Heal and boost players maximum health temporarily, obtain medikits and cure diseases, and respond to emergency calls to make ECash and serve the city with this legal job.
Medics are able to charge players for health as well as provide them with temporary health boosters. These health boosters increase another players maximum health for a period of time. They may additionally cure diseases that can come from prostitutes and complete randomly generated emergency calls while on paramedic duty.
Healing players and Medikits
Medics are able to charge players to heal them back to maximum health. The minimum charge is **2 ECash**, but the Medic may choose any value. The reward the medic gains is reduced by 1 ECash from the charged price.
Medics are also able to freely get up to 5 medikits per day from an ambulance, which they may sell or give to players. Medikits restore 25 health on use.
Players who have been healed may not be healed again by a medic for 5 minutes.
Health Boosters
Medics may offer health boosters to players which grants them the Health Boosted buff for 90 real minutes. This buff increases maximum health by 10 HP. It costs 15 ECash for the player to get this buff, and this rewards the Medic with 10 ECash. Players who already have the buff may not get offered another health booster.
Curing diseases
Diseases can spread around Final City, infecting players and slowly draining their health and causing other effects. Only medics may cure these diseases.
Medics may not heal or cure themselves.
Paramedic duty
/paramedic toggles you on and off active duty. While on duty, the dispatcher periodically sends you emergency calls. During these emergency calls, you must pick up a patient and safely deliver them to a nearby hospital, racing against time.
- You bind to the ambulance you were driving when you went on duty. Leaving the driver seat for too long will cancel your duty.
- The back seats are reserved for patients. You can only have passengers on the front seat. If a player enters your back seats, the paramedic duty is cancelled.
- When on paramedic duty, you have a chance to randomly get an emergency call. The emergency call may also vary in difficulty, with severe cases often requiring the highest speed and skill.
You'll see a blue map icon on the patient and get a chat dispatch noting the severity. The green bar will show the patients survival rate.
Survival rate drops steadily over time, when accelerating too quickly, or when damaging the ambulance. Your payout depends on the survivale rate and severity.
